New Year, New Laws, New Battles

Happy New Year. It’s 2024 and the People of Florida, the U.S. and the World face a changing world as well as backward politics. Florida petitioners got close to three-quarters of a million signatures to put an abortion amendment on the ballot to Prohibit Laws Restricting Abortion, conservatives got far fewer signatures to place an anti-abortion initiative on the ballot.

Also, an initiative to legalize cannabis for recreational use got over a million signatures. Additionally, an exploration of the African history of cannabis.
