Today we look at the latest developments in a statewide push to regulate recreational marijuana. Activist group Regulate Florida announced yesterday that it will be ending its campaign to make cannabis completely legal for adults over 21, citing a lack of petition signatures and funding needed to get the issue on the 2016 ballot. Regulate’s campaign was one of two cannabis-related constitutional amendment campaigns;the other, which is backed by attorney John Morgan’s United for Care group, is calling for legal medical marijuana.
