Americans are dying by gun violence at a rate much higher than is seen in other developed countries. Over 13,000 are killed in gun-related murders, assaults, and accidents every year . Now there a new film by Robert Greenwald , Making a Killing: Guns, Greed and the NRA,  that looks at the money to be made by gun companies and organizations like the NRA on greater access to guns and looser firearm  regulations. On Radioactivity Friday we spoke to  the film’s co-producer Ally Toomey and Patti Brigham, Vice president of the League of Woman Voters, who will be hosting a free screening of the film at FreeFall Theater in St.Pete on June 7th.
