Name Droppin’ II on the Next Tuesday Morning Show

Share

Borrowing our title from Ray Wylie Hubbard’s shout-out to Austin musicians, the next Tuesday Morning Show with Marcie features singers paying homage to other musicians. We were inspired by his song to do this a few years ago, but there were songs we didn’t get to and more that have come out since then.  In fact, Ray Wylie name drops again in 3 songs on his new CD, The Ruffian’s Misfortune, thereby motivating Name Droppin’ II. We’ll hear the shout-out and follow each with a tune from the artist named in the lyrics. Plus a “Name That Name” contest with tickets to see Dr. John & The Nite Trippers.
