Illumi-Nation Community on Sustainable Living

Share

On today’s WMNF Sustainable Living Program we talked about a project in St. Petersburg based on sustainability, community, education and helping others in need. Heading up The Illumi-Nation Project is a former resident and operations manager of the Blue Berry Patch Community & The Gulfport Labyrinth. Hal Baily is a designer, builder, artist and dreamer. Also joining the show, Hal’s partner, Liza Epstein, is a graduate from Eckerd College that teaches and helps children with special needs. These are some of the projects and events these two are involved with:  Monthly “Community Art Project” at the Blueberry Patch; planning for a sustainability education community center in St Pete, Rising Light; and their community outreach program. http://www.RisingLightsStPete.org
