On Monday’s Sustainable Living Program we talked about fruiting trees and plants with guest Pete Kanaris, the owner of Green Dreams, an edible landscaping company that uses holistic and permaculture practices to heal the land. Pete does consulting and You-tube videos of permaculture related topics.

Also, Tanja Vidovic, co-producer of the Sustainable Living program joined the program. Somehow we got on the topic of ticks and mulch, but still answered a lot of questions about fruiting trees and bushes.

We also talked with the Director of the USF Botanical Gardens, Laurie Walker, about their summer plant sale coming up, and mentioned The Bridge Tampa Film Event taking place this Friday at Unity of Tampa, ‘Weather Gone Wild’.
