An interview style podcast where guests of different backgrounds will describe their experiences and interests in the world of science (particularly marine science) as well as different hurdles associated with being a person of color or ally to POC in these spaces. Topics will range from subjects such as promoting diversity to dealing with mental health struggles in the field or being LGBTQ+ in science.
