By the numbers: July home prices by region in Florida

The industry group Florida Realtors this week released a report that said the statewide median sales price for single-family existing homes in July 2023 was $415,000.

Here were the median sales prices by metropolitan statistical area:

— Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island: $775,000

— Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach: $605,000

— North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton: $525,000

— Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford: $440,000

— Cape Coral-Fort Myers: $417,000

— Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater: $415,000

— Port St. Lucie: $410,000

— Jacksonville: $400,000

— Crestview-Fort Walton Beach-Destin: $399,240

— Punta Gorda: $391,300

— Sebastian-Vero Beach: $377,500

— The Villages: $375,000

— Palm Bay-Melbourne-Titusville: $369,700

— Panama City: $367,500

— Gainesville: $361,000

— Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach: $357,450

— Tallahassee: $345,000

— Lakeland-Winter Haven: $333,990

— Pensacola-Ferry Pass-Brent: $324,950

— Homosassa Springs: $287,500

— Ocala: $285,000

— Sebring: $260,000
