Mo’ Blues Monday airs 6-8pm tonight.

I’ll let Larry tell you about it~

R.I.P. Dave Mamber!…Dave of Dave’s Aqua Lounge passed away August 8, 2015 at 1:51P. He went with a smile on his face and we made sure that he had his passport with him when he left the house. We played the Blues all the time til his passing. He loved the music and all of the players….He requested in lieu of flowers he wanted people to donate to the Suncoast Blues Society. He also wanted the biggest turn out for a funeral that St. Pete has ever seen. He has requested that everyone that comes gets a shot of a cherry soaked in Everclear! The funeral is scheduled for the 22nd August at 1p.m. at Anderson McQueen. Please come to honor this wonderful man and share stories about him.
Thank you Mrs. Dave.

Dedicating the Mo Blues Monday show tonight to Dave. Everyone is invited to call in or email Dave stories to share. No one in this area supported live music and especially the blues more than Dave.

Laura Keane, WMNF and BAAMO (Bay Area Arts & Music Organization) wrote~

Dave was a big supporter of BAAMO. Thanks to his generosity we were able to hold our annual One for The Road shows at Dave’s and split the proceeds with the bands traveling to play the Florida Bandango Showcase in Austin at SXSW.

Dave’s Aqua Lounge closed at the end of 2012 after 48 years of hosting all sorts of acts and slinging cheap, strong drinks.
