Frank Crum from Tampa’s Black History Celebration Committee to discuss the theme of the Film Fest: Black Love. A sponsor also will raise funds for a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) scholarship. Laura Rodriquez officially joins the Fourth Estate crew.
