Fredrik S. Heffermehl: The US and the world are deeply sunk in militarism – the continuation of life is in danger. In this excellent interview, Swanson shows a broad, well founded alternative insight in how and why we are in this situation and what should be done. The Nobel Peace Prize Watch – nobelwill.org – could no longer accept the misuse of the secrecy around nominations to ignore Nobel´s purpose. All valid (qualified) nominations for the 2016 Nobel prize (including the nomination of David Swanson) have been posted on http://www.nobelwill.org/index.html?tab=7#list – “Candidates 2016”). Few in the world today come closer to the idea of Alfred Nobel´s “prize for the champions of peace” than David Swanson.
