A Conversation With James McMurtry On The Next Tuesday Morning Show

Share

On the next Tuesday Morning Show, I’ll air my conversation with James McMurtry.

He returns to Skippers Smokehouse November 14 for WMNF. It’s a wide-ranging discussion that touches on, among other topics, his approach to songwriting and creating characters, family and relationships, surviving as a musician in an age of music streaming, and the Florida panhandle. The themes of the conversation are echoed in the songs we’ll hear from James’ new CD, Complicated Game.
