An amendment to legalize medical marijuana failed to pass last November, but there is an renewed effort for the 2016 ballot. United for Care is once again working to collect the 700,000 signatures and supreme court clearance to put medical marijuana up to vote. According today’s guest,United for Care campaign manager Ben Pollara, the new amendment, called “Use of Marijuana for debilitating medical conditions”, has been tweaked to address concerns that marijuana would be dispensed to minors and for less-than serious medical concerns.
